Supreme Court Said, We Will Not Interfere Or Stop NEET PG 2022 Counseling


New Delhi: The Supreme Court, while hearing a petition related to the NEET-PG 2022 counseling case, said that it will not interfere in this matter. 

The court said that it will not interfere or stop the NEET-PG 2022 counseling as it cannot endanger the lives of the students. 

The Supreme Court’s remarks came when a petition related to NEET-PG 2022 was mentioned by a lawyer.

A bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli made these oral remarks when a lawyer sought some clarifications while referring to a matter related to NEET PG. It is to be known that NEET-PG 2022 counseling is to start from September 1. 

According to the information, counseling will start simultaneously for 50 percent seats of all central universities, deemed universities and all India quota and 50 percent of state quota seats in medical and dental colleges.

Normally NEET-PG exam is conducted in January. 

At the same time, its counseling starts in March, but due to the corona epidemic and the postponement of last year’s admission process, this year this exam was conducted on 21 May 2022. The results were declared on June 1.
