CM Dhami Took Review Meeting Of District Level Officers, Emphasis On Kiwi Production In Rudraprayag


In Rudraprayag, Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami took a review meeting of district level officers till late night. During this, he said that arrangements for 15 to 20 thousand people should be made in Kedarnath Dham. Emphasis on increasing kiwi production in Rudraprayag. Along with this, he was also asked to install chaupal in every gram sabha.

Rudraprayag : Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting of the schemes run under various departments at the guest house of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam located in Tilwara. During this, he also launched the ambitious project Kavach prepared for children, old people and disabled people, run by the Social Welfare Department. Apart from this, he also gave necessary directions to the officers.

Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami said that the government is working on the basic mantra of simplification, solution and disposal. It should be the responsibility of all the departments that the public should not face any kind of trouble. If there is any practical problem in any work, then its way should be found. CM Dhami instructed the officials that Tehsil days should be organized regularly. Apart from this, along with making Tehsil days more effective, the District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer and other high officials were asked to compulsorily participate in the meetings of BDC.

CM Dhami directed that arrangements for chaupal should also be made in the gram sabha. Along with this, program should be organized once in a year in every village as Village Day. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to work with a better work culture. In the review of the departments, CM Dhami instructed to make better arrangements for the rejuvenation of mythical water sources, plantation around the National Highway and other main routes as well as better arrangements on the Chardham Yatra route.

He said that Kiwi production in Rudraprayag, handloom and handicraft products should be promoted further. Arrangements should also be made for at least 15 to 20 thousand people to stay in Kedarnath Dham. So that there is no problem for the passengers. Along with this, people should be taken forward by making them a participant in the schemes and campaigns of the government. He said that the road map for the coming 25 years should be prepared at the district level also. After the nectar festival of independence, now we all are entering the nectar period. Therefore, in this nectar period, let us all work with a special action plan.

Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami said that a concrete action plan should be prepared so that the pilgrims in Kedarnath do not have to wait in line for the darshan of Baba Kedar. Just as NITI Aayog plays an important role as a think tank in the Government of India. Similarly, at the district level, the development department can play the role of a B think tank. He said that by including simplification, solution and disposal in the working style, initiate the initiative to solve the problems of the people.

On 145 beneficiaries producing kiwi in Rudraprayag, Chief Minister Dhami said that this pace is very slow as compared to the target of making Uttarakhand the leading state in fruit production by the state government. To take it forward at a fast pace, necessary directions were given to the officials of the Horticulture Department. During this meeting, District Magistrate Mayur Dixit gave information about various public welfare schemes being run in the district. At the same time, Superintendent of Police Ayush Agarwal informed about the security arrangements during the journey in the district.
