Satyendra Jain Reached The Supreme Court Against The Decision Of Court Transfer

Satyendar Jain has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the lower court’s decision to transfer the court to hear the bail plea. Satyendar Jain’s lawyer Kapil Sibal has filed his petition before the Chief Justice. The petition has been listed for Wednesday.

New Delhi: Satyendar Jain has approached the Supreme Court against the lower court’s decision to transfer the court to hear the bail plea. Satyendar Jain’s lawyer Kapil Sibal has filed his petition before the Chief Justice. The petition has been listed in the Supreme Court for Wednesday. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had dismissed Satyendar Jain’s petition, opposing the district judge’s decision to transfer Jain’s bail plea proceedings to another court.

Justice Yogesh Khanna, while hearing the matter, had said in his order that the question was not whether the Delhi Jail Manual and Rules were allegedly violated, but whether they were allegedly allowed to take benefits under such rules. The stature or influence was allegedly violated. Justice Yogesh Khanna said in his order that the honesty of that judge and there is no question on him, but the apprehension of the mind of the ED about which he had also approached the Delhi High Court, so his apprehensions are justified.

Let us tell you that special judge Geetanjali Goel was hearing Jain’s bail plea. During this, the ED filed an application with District Judge Vinay Kumar seeking change of court. Considering the application, the District Chief Justice had fixed September 30 for hearing on the application while staying the bail plea and the decision. Against which a petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Satyendra Jain. While hearing the matter in the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice of Rouse Avenue Court was asked to decide the matter by hearing the matter on Thursday itself.
