Punjab Frontier jawans of Border Security Force have recovered two kilograms of heroin from a drone. An attempt was being made to send this heroin from Pakistan to the Indian side, which was thwarted by the Indian soldiers.
New Delhi : A drone has been shot down by the Punjab Frontier jawans of the Alert Border Security Force on the border. This drone was coming from the Pakistan border side in the dark. When the drone fell down, a bag was found in it, from which 2 packets were recovered (2 kg heroin recovered from drone).
When that packet was examined, two packets of suspected heroin with white powder were found inside it. According to a BSF spokesperson from the Delhi Headquarters, the weight of the recovered heroin is 2 kg. There was an attempt to send this heroin consignment to the Indian side of Pakistan by smuggling via drone at 09:15 pm, which was once again thwarted by the alert soldiers of BSF. Have given.

Officials said the drone weighing 12 kg had four ‘propellers’. The soldiers of the 22nd Battalion of BSF shot down a drone near Rania border post in Amritsar sector at around 9.15 pm. A BSF spokesperson said that a green packet was recovered from inside the drone.
