Khargone Violence: Notice To 12-year-old Boy In Riots, Jamiat Ulema Alleges One-sided Action

Bhopal . In the riots in Khargone, MP, 12-year-old boy has been given a notice to pay damages in the case of property damage, while the matter is gaining momentum. Now Madhya Pradesh Jamiat Ulema has alleged with its investigation report in this case that this is a one-sided action. Jamiat Ulema had also sent a team to investigate the Khargone riots and its investigation report says that the child from whom the fine is being collected was not involved in the riots. He was sleeping at home. Jamiat Ulema alleges that continuous unilateral action is being taken against the same community. (khargone violence case) (12 year old boy for property damage issue)

The child is not the culprit then why the punishment : The tribunal which was formed to compensate for the damage caused in the Khargone riots. The tribunal has issued a notice to a 12-year-old boy after hearing the complaints of the victims. in which property damage has occurred. He was asked to pay Rs 2.9 lakh. In August 2022, a notice was issued to seven others including this boy on the complaint of a woman by the tribunal established under the Madhya Pradesh Prevention and Recovery of Damage to Public Property Act. Now this matter is continuously gaining momentum. Madhya Pradesh Jamiat Ulema has called it a unilateral action. The Ulema has also said on the basis of his investigation report that this boy was at home at that time.

Against whom the evidence is not acted upon: Jamiat Ulema State General Secretary Mohammad Kalim Khan says that against whom there is evidence. No action is being taken against them. A one-sided hearing is being held. When the other side complained, their report was not even written.
