Essential Ingredients of Tandoori Soya Chaap
1 cup soya chunks
1 cup plain curd
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
How to make Tandoori Soya Chaap
Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes till they become soft. Squeeze out excess water.
Mix curd, tandoori masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.
Add soya chunks to the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Skewer the marinated soya chunks and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or till the soya chunks are roasted and crispy. serve hot.
