Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the country’s general budget 2023-24 today. After the presentation of the budget, cabinet minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas said that the budget of the Center has completely failed.

She had arrived in red saree with the budget in the red ledger. This was the last full budget of the government before the next year’s Lok Sabha elections. The Finance Minister made a big announcement regarding personal income tax. In the new tax regime, income up to Rs 7 lakh has been exempted.
Regarding the budget, Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas said that the budget of the Center has completely failed. He said that people were expecting that there would be relief from petrol diesel as the prices of crude oil have fallen. But there are still tears in the eyes of the public. He said that he has already imposed tax. The UPA government itself had started a budget of 2 lakh crores, so it has to be kept.
The Finance Minister made a big announcement regarding personal income tax. On this, Khachariavas said that giving tax from 5 lakh to 7 lakh is like cumin in the attraction of camel. At the same time, he said that it is a budget that breaks the dreams of village and farm farmers. The Modi government had promised achhe din, but people were harassed in the name of demonetisation and GST. Every hour 4 people were dying of hunger.
