In support of her demand for controlled liquor distribution system in Madhya Pradesh, she will start ‘Madhushala me Gaushala’ campaign. She announced that she will start this campaign from Orchha on Thursday. Milk will not flow in MP now.
Bhopal. Former MP and senior BJP leader Uma Bharti made a big announcement just before ending her 4-day stay at a temple in Bhopal on Tuesday. She said that in support of her demand for a controlled liquor distribution system in Madhya Pradesh, she would start a ‘Madhushala Mein Gaushala’ campaign. Under which she will especially convert the taverns around temples and schools into cow shelters. Bharti said that alcohol is one of the reasons behind increasing crimes against women in Madhya Pradesh. That’s why she will start this campaign.
Demand for change in liquor policy: Uma Bharti, who supports complete prohibition, has been demanding for a long time to implement a controlled liquor distribution system by changing the liquor policy of Madhya Pradesh to promote de-addiction. Uma Bharti reached a temple located at Ayodhya Nagar Square in Bhopal on Saturday afternoon and had announced that she would stay in this temple for the next three days waiting for the announcement of the state government’s new liquor policy on January 31 and would sit there and listen to the announcement. He ended his 4-day stay at the temple on Tuesday, but the state government did not announce its liquor policy.
Will convert liquor shops into gaushalas: Addressing the media in the temple on Tuesday, Uma Bharti said that “the liquor shop built before the entrance of Ram Raja Sarkar of Orchha in Niwari district of the state is illegal and the law department’s mistake.” Since then he has got adjournment from the court . She said, “I will reach Orchha on Wednesday evening, so I want to convert the bar into a gaushala the day after tomorrow (Thursday). This will be an example, rest I will wait for the new liquor policy . She said that without waiting for the liquor policy, she will start converting the liquor shops running in violation of the rules into gaushalas.
Milk will not flow in MP: Uma Bharti said that she has asked people to arrange for 11 cows, which will be tied at the liquor shop in Orchha. He said, “Let’s see, who dares to stop me? Will feed these cows and will also arrange water for them at the liquor shop. Bharti said that liquor cannot flow in Madhya Pradesh, milk will flow here and this incident of Orchha will be an indicator of this. He said that alcohol is one of the reasons behind the increasing crime against women in Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, liquor is mainly becoming the cause of fear, insecurity and diseases in the state.
