Chandigarh: On Thursday, an employee working in the Haryana Secretariat committed suicide. At 11 in the morning he was found in a bloody condition on the bar floor of the building. Seriously injured Manjeet was taken to Chandigarh PGI for treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. According to the information received, the person who died has been identified as Mandeep. Who was a resident of Sirsa district. Presently Manjeet was living in Panchkula Sector 11. He was working in Haryana Agriculture Department.
