Dr. Anshu Kumari, who traveled from Raxaul to Nasa, has made Bihar famous all over the world. Now Anshu will work as a NASA scientist. In 2008, the shadow of the mother was raised from the head, but the father did not let the daughter’s enthusiasm decrease. Anshu, who received her early education from Raxaul, joined the Goddard Space Flight Center as a scientist.
Motihari: Dr. Anshu Kumari of Raxaul in East Champaran has been selected as a scientist in the American space agency ‘National Aeronautics and Space Administration’ (NASA) . Dr. Anshu has received his primary education from Raxaul. Whereas Anshu studied from class six to plus two from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Piprakothi. Ashu’s father Prof. Chandrama Singh has retired from the post of Professor in Raxaul’s KCTC College.

After the death of her mother, Anshu’s father did not let her spirits break and always remained the strength of his daughter. Due to which Dr. Anshu has brought laurels to the district by being selected as a scientist on the strength of his talent in an organization like NASA.
Scientist at Goddard Space Flight Center: Dr. Ashu Kumari has been awarded a Postdoctoral Program Fellowship by NASA to work on space-based solar missions and has joined NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center as a scientist. She works on astronomical instruments and solar physics. She specializes in designing ground-based radio equipment for solar observation and space weather monitoring. Anshu studies various instruments to study solar eruptions.
Dr. Anshu reached the pinnacle through father’s struggle: Dr. Ashu Kumari obtained B.Tech degree from RCEW Jaipur. Received MTech with Integrated PhD degree from IIA Bangalore. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Helsinki University, Finland, for two years. Anshu had received the Best Thesis Award in Astrophysics at IIT Roorkee last year. In December 2022, he was awarded the Young Scientist Award at IIT Indore. Young Scientist Award was given by MSET in Ranchi, Jharkhand in January 2022. On the strength of all her achievements and her talent, Dr. Anshu Kumari has brought laurels to the district, state as well as the country by joining an organization like NASA as a scientist.
